IMPORTANT: Amarelo Sol is a popular destination and we sometimes receive reservation requests for dates already booked. If you haven't already done so, please take a moment now to check our availability calendar to insure that your dates are available before your inquire.
Use the reservation form (below) to request a reservation on up to three (3) specific dates. You can include a message (up to 4,000 characters). We generally respond quickly to email, however please allow up to 24 hours to receive a response.
The following terms apply to all house rentals:
- Normal check-in time is Saturday at 4:00 PM, check-out is the following Saturday by 10:00 AM. There is normally a 7-night minimum stay, but there can be some flexibility to this schedule depending on the season, booking schedules, last-minute openings, etc.
- In addition to the weekly rental rate, there is a non-refundable service fee of $55.00/day (charged weekly) which covers your linens, cleaning, telephone, etc.
- Rates shown do not include 11% sales tax (6% state 5% local).
- Smoking is not permitted indoors.
- Sorry, pets are not permitted on premises.
- NOTE: Additional discounts may apply for selected weeks and longer visits, please be sure to inquire.
How Should We Make Payment?
Payments are handled by our local booking representative. You can make payments using your credit or debit card, by check, or you may use our Book-by-Phone service. After we receive your reservation form or telephone call, our local representative will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the booking and arrange for the necessary payment.
Important Note: Your reservation is not confirmed and booked until your payment has been received and you've been issued a confirmation number. If you elect to pay by check, we may not be able to hold your reservation during the interval between mailing and receipt. Thus, if paying by check, we strongly recommend you send via overnight delivery.
What if we Have a Problem or Need Help?
Upon confirmation of your reservation, you'll receive a contact number to use in case of problems or emergency (there is a telephone in the house). Our local representative can deal with most questions or issues that might arise during your visit. For day-to-day matters, there is also a local directory which can be consulted to find a wide range of local goods and services.
We would ask that you contact our local representative in cases where a problem exists or you need immediate assistance. Or, you can also contact us directly. Either way, you have our assurance that people are standing by to ensure your comfort. We will do everything in our power to assist you, quickly and efficiently!
